Went to Ngee Ann City with Nadnut the other day,
to shop and thanks to nadnut, i got a complimentary 60min session
of body oil massage at Refresh! Day spa @ Far East Plaza

We were told that we're the first two customers in the Refresh Day Spa,
cos we went on the opening day.
haha, i was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 1st two!
We were served with some hot tea, and had a physio consultation,
which is actually this metal plate, the consultant will hook it on your palm and foot and the system calculates the flow of energy in your body etc!
In the physio consultation room,
My results: I'M HEALTHY AND NORMAL!
hahaha, but he said i have "excess energy", must head to the gym more then. lol
Nadnut's results were something like HIGH mental stress! awwww, poor thing!
After the physio consultant, we were led to the individual massage rooms,
heard that they have couple rooms as well,
next time can bring my boyf there for a treat! :D
The massage was GREAT! I like that they don't use TOO MUCH massage oil,
you know some spas they love to use SO much oil
you feel like you're practically swimming in oil.
Especially when it's located at like Far East Plaza,
i would go continue my shopping spree after a pampering session there..
definitely don't want to feel oily all over!
